[01] Fragmented Data: Winning a fantasy league means translating real-time stats into the right roster moves. But when critical context is scattered across platforms, getting a complete picture becomes its own full-time job. The information exists. It's just never in one place.
[02] Platform Dependency: The average Yahoo Fantasy user visits 2.7 sites to make a single roster decision. The Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association found that managers rely heavily on external tools like AI, social media, and third-party analyzers. Our interviewees said the same; multiple platforms were required just to make sense of the stats Yahoo already showed them.

But when the key information is spread across multiple platforms, it becomes nearly impossible to get a complete picture in one place.
